- 1 10oz bag of Dandies Marshmallows
- 1 Bag of chocolate chips (we like Enjoy Life)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Non dairy milk
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- A pinch of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
People of the world! Spice up your life with these super easy Mexican Hot Chocolate Dandies Marshmallow Pops.
In a medium saucepan combine chocolate chips, vanilla and non dairy milk and melt on low heat. Stir frequently until chips have completely melted then remove from heat. On a plate, mix the sugar and spices together. Poke a lollipop stick in the middle of your marshmallows and dip them in chocolate, then sprinkle on spice mixture. Let cool on a piece of parchment paper. ENJOY.
