Dandies Mini Marshmallow Cookie Butter Cups

Ingredients

 

This is a super easy recipe that only has 4 ingredients and OH MAN they are heavenly! Here’s a little tip: keep a stash in the freezer and whenever that sweet treat craving hits, you’ll be set.

 

Instructions

Place your cupcake liners on a plate or tray. In a small saucepan turned on very low heat, melt together chocolate chips and coconut oil. Once fully melted, remove from heat and start placing 2 tsp size spoonfuls of chocolate into each liner. Using the back of a spoon or a brush, cover the walls of the liners evenly with chocolate. Place in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes, or the freezer for 5 minutes. Take them out and drop a tsp of cookie butter in each cup. Stick 3 marshmallows on top of the cookie butter. Pour the rest of the melted chocolate over the cups, making sure to cover the marshmallows completely. Refrigerate for another ten minutes or until chocolate is solid. ENJOY! Note: Keep these stored in your fridge or freezer.
