Caramel Coffee Pistachio S'mores

Dark Chocolate Coffee Pistachio Bark Ingredients

  • 1 bag dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp finely ground espresso
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup shelled pistachios
 

Coconut Caramel Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
 

S'mores Ingredients

 

Step up your s'mores game with some homemade coffee pistachio bark and coconut caramel.

 

Dark Chocolate Coffee Pistachio Bark Instructions

In a saucepan turned on low heat, combine chocolate chips, vanilla, salt and coconut oil and stir until fully melted. Spread chocolate on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle on pistachios and let cool in the freezer or refrigerator. Once ready to serve, break apart into chunks.

 

Coconut Caramel Instructions

In a saucepan turned on medium heat, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Stirring occasionally, reduce heat to simmer and let thicken for several minutes.

 

S'mores Assembly

On a graham cracker, stack a piece of pistachio bark and a toasted Dandies Marshmallow. Drizzle coconut caramel on the marshmallow and top with with another graham and enjoy!
